Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Itzy Ritzy wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a return. We will accept unused and unwashed items with original packaging for returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase on the Itzy Ritzy website. All decisions on returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Itzy Ritzy.

PLEASE NOTE - rules for returns vary depending if you are based in the UK or EU, so please read carefully.

Return Eligibility

We accept unused, unwashed items with original packaging for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase from www.itzyritzy.co.uk. Please ensure that all tags are attached to the items for a return to be accepted.

Items marked as sale, outlet, final sale, Anniversary sale, Warehouse sale, or other restricted sale types are not eligible for return or exchange.

Important Return Notes & Exceptions

  • Return Authorisation (RMA) Number: You must obtain an RMA number to return any product. This serves as both your authorization and our reference number for the return.
  • Condition of Items: Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and packing materials included. Items that have been used or washed are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note it can take up to 14 working days for returned items to be booked into the warehouse. We suggest you should use a tracked service for return shipments. Untracked shipments if lost will not be refunded.
  • Discounted Items: Items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged for merchandise credit.
  • Sale Items: Orders purchased as sale, outlet, final sale, or restricted sale items (as stated on the website) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Will I need to pay VAT or Duty for my shipment?

Itzy Ritzy is shipped from our warehouses in the UK or in the Netherlands. This means that so long as you live in the European Economic Zone you will not be charged VAT or Duty.

Please note, this website is setup for customers not for businesses. All orders have VAT applied at a customer rate, not a business rate. If you want to buy in bulk please reach out directly to our customer service team.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Our return policy allows returns for unused, unwashed items with original packaging and tags attached, purchased within the last 30 days.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Customer Service with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your current shipping address
  • Whether you're exchanging (and the item you're exchanging for) or returning for a refund (and the items you're returning)

Once your request is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorisation number along with detailed shipping instructions. All returns must be approved to ensure proper tracking and processing.

Please note: Final sale and pre-sale items are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days or less after we receive your return.

Can I return or exchange an order I received as a gift?

At Itzy Ritzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gift, but we understand if you need to return or exchange it!

We can only accept returns from itzyritzy.co.uk with proof of purchase to verify the authenticity and details of the product. However, we know that you may not always have the order number on hand. 

If you’re unable to provide the order number, please contact Customer Service and share the first and last name or email address of the person who gave you the gift. This will help us locate the order and assist you with your return or exchange. We are only able to look up purchase made on www.itzyritzy.co.uk. If the gift was purchased through one of our authorised retailers, you will need to contact them directly for assistance. 

We will not contact the person who purchased the gift for you unless you request that we issue them a refund directly.

Can I return or exchange an item purchased at an authorized retailer?

Only items purchased directly from www.itzyritzy.co.uk are eligible for returns or exchanges. All other purchases made at any of our retail partners must be returned or exchanged directly to the authorized retailer according to that store’s return policy.

What does Final Sale mean?

If an item is marked on the website as sale, final sale, anniversary sale, warehouse sale, or some other restricted type of sale, it is not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item.  

Do you provide return shipping labels?

We do not cover the cost of shipping your return to us. You may select whichever shipping carrier you prefer. However, any exchanges will ship back to you for free.

What should I do if an items arrives damaged or defective?

If any of your items arrive damaged, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to contact Customer Service for assistance.
