4. Prices, Payment and Delivery

• All prices are listed in GBP or EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout.

• Prices and delivery costs may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. We will not refund or replace items lost due to incorrect details provided by you.

• We use reputable delivery partners and make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery timeframes. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Orders delivered within the EU may incur local duties or taxes. These are your responsibility, and we recommend checking with local customs authorities before placing an order.

5. Right to Cancel and Returns

You may cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must notify us in writing with your name, address, and order number.

Returns must be sent to us within 14 days of cancellation, at your own cost and risk. We recommend using tracked postage and retaining proof of postage. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

We will refund the price paid for returned items and standard delivery charges (if the full order is returned). Deductions may apply for:

• Damaged goods,

• Incomplete returns,

• Excessive handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.

Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for:

• Sealed items (e.g., cosmetics or hygiene products) once unsealed,

• Perishable goods.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, please notify us within a reasonable time. Faults discovered within 6 months are presumed present at delivery unless proven otherwise. After 6 months, the burden of proof is on you.

We do not offer VAT refunds for overseas customers. You may be able to reclaim VAT through your local tax authority.
